Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

• Switzerland: 2-5 business days

Shipping Costs Orders over CHF 60 qualify for free shipping. For orders below CHF 60, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties (EU) For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs fees apply. For deliveries to Switzerland and the UK, local customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.
